1. Who manages your data
Massay Photo, with Luis Torres as its legal representative and sole owner, operates 0101PIX from Miami Beach, Florida, United States.
Address: 7251 Wayne Ave, Apt 49, Miami Beach, FL 33141, United States.
This policy explains the processing of information in 0101PIX: account creation, photo and video organization, client galleries, and event operations with 0101Live.
Privacy and support: massayphoto@gmail.com.
For account data, 0101PIX determines the purposes of use needed to provide the service. When a photographer or business uploads client content, that user decides what to publish and with whom to share it; 0101PIX processes it to provide the service in accordance with their instructions and applicable law.
2. Information used
- Account and profile: first name, last name, email, and any business or contact details you provide. Password-based access uses a cryptographic representation of the password.
- Content: photos, videos, edited versions, filenames, and metadata retained during upload or processing.
- Galleries and events: participants, assignments, shared links, favorites, selections, deliveries, and activity recorded for tracking.
- Plan: package, billing cycle, limits, dates, subscription status, and relevant billing or benefit records.
- Technical data: session identifiers, requests, and operational and security logs. Their scope and retention must be reviewed together with infrastructure services.
3. Sign in with Google
When this option is enabled and you select it, Google verifies your identity. 0101PIX requests your account identifier, verified email, and basic profile to create or recognize your account. Google may provide your name and profile photo; not all of that data necessarily needs to be stored.
This sign-in method does not request your Google password or permission to read Gmail, contacts, Google Drive, or Google Photos. Identity permissions are not used for personalized advertising or to train AI models.
You can review or revoke the connection through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete data already stored in 0101PIX; deletion requires a corresponding account closure or deletion request.
4. How information is used
To manage accounts and sessions, enforce plan limits, store and display files, enable favorites and downloads, coordinate events, record deliveries, handle requests, prevent abuse, and resolve service issues.
Tracking may show the professional activity recorded in their galleries and pending selections. A shared link may give access to whoever receives it, depending on the protection configured by the owner.
5. Providers and other disclosures
Infrastructure providers may process information to host and operate the service. The current infrastructure uses AWS. Google participates when you choose its sign-in method. Other providers must be identified and assessed before additional processing is enabled.
Content may also be disclosed to recipients authorized by the gallery owner. We may respond to legally required requests and those necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights, limiting the information to what is relevant.
Pending review: hosting regions, subprocessors, payment services, image analysis, and measurement tools actually in use. R2, Facebook, and AI editing providers are not represented as services currently enabled.
6. Cookies and device storage
0101PIX uses cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions and complete authentication. Signing in with Google uses temporary checks to associate the response from Google with the browser that initiated sign-in.
Blocking or deleting this data may sign you out or prevent sign-in from completing. Any measurement or advertising uses require a separate inventory and, where applicable, the required consent options.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained according to its purpose, service delivery needs, and applicable obligations. Deletion requests must account for active content, legal records, and backups, which may follow different deletion cycles.
Before publication: establish specific retention periods for files after cancellation, inactive accounts, technical logs, and backups; confirm the export and deletion procedure. This draft does not promise immediate deletion or a timeframe that has not yet been implemented.
8. Your requests and your clients' requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your data, and exercise other rights recognized by law. We may verify your identity proportionately to avoid disclosing information to third parties.
If you appear in a gallery belonging to a photographer or business, first contact that professional, who decides how the content is used. You can also contact 0101PIX for assistance related to the platform.
Send your privacy requests to massayphoto@gmail.com.
9. Security and minors' data
The service uses access controls and technical measures to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and share gallery links only with intended recipients.
Operational accounts are intended for professionals and businesses. Anyone uploading images of minors must have the necessary permissions and other legal grounds. Processing this content requires special care and does not authorize uses unrelated to the purpose of the gallery.
10. Changes and contact
When the way data is processed changes, we will update this policy and state its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the appropriate channels and with the applicable options, depending on their scope and applicable law.
